Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; this will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in line with our return policy after delivery.
SmartFlick reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
