We aim to get your SmartFlick products to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timelines, charges, and coverage.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹1,000 or more (within India).
  • For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping charge may be applied and will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of successful payment or order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner. Delivery to remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details via email or SMS so you can follow your shipment.

Delays

While we work hard to meet delivery estimates, SmartFlick is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect or incomplete addresses, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
